Meanwhile, the Frazier Report, issued last month regarding the October 24-25 police assault on the Occupy Oakland encampment and injuries to demonstrators such as Scott Olsen adopts a novel definition of "lynching." They regard the attempts by members of the crowd to rescue arrestees from the custody of police (known as "de-arresting" to most normal people) to be acts of "lynching." How very drôle.
